Know the Rules Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 3 Patti platform — whether through the website at 3patti.vin, the Android app or any other interface provided by 3 Patti — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. This agreement is entered into at the moment you register an account or, if earlier, from the point at which you first access the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. Continued use of 3 Patti after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes — we will note the revision date at the top of the document whenever the terms are updated.

These terms apply to all features of the 3 Patti platform including sports betting (cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, esports), slots, live casino, the VIP programme and all deposit and withdrawal activity conducted in PKR through supported Pakistan payment channels.

2 Account Registration

To use the 3 Patti platform you must register a personal account. The following conditions apply to all accounts:

• Age requirement: You must be 18 years of age or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. 3 Patti reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and to suspend accounts where the age requirement cannot be confirmed.
• One account per person: Each individual is permitted one account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or another identity — is prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same person, all accounts may be suspended and balances may be withheld pending review.
• Accurate information: All registration information — name, date of birth, contact details and payment information — must be accurate and current. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.
• Pakistan residents: 3 Patti is operated for players based in Pakistan. Registration and use of the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is not permitted.
• Account ownership: Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other person. Any activity on your account is your responsibility.

Account verification using your CNIC may be required before withdrawals are processed or when deposit thresholds are reached. The verification process is handled through your account settings and is completed by submitting a copy of your national identity document.

3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 3 Patti account login credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication details linked to your account.

• Do not share your password with any other person.
• Do not use the same password for 3 Patti that you use for other online services.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Enable two-factor authentication from your account security settings for additional protection.

3 Patti will never contact you by email, SMS or any messaging service to ask for your password, PIN or full payment details. Any such communication claiming to be from 3 Patti should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

4 Deposits

All deposits on 3 Patti are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are supported for deposits: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, credit cards and other supported mobile wallets. The availability of specific methods may vary and the current list of active deposit options is always shown on the Deposit page.

• Minimum deposit: PKR 200 or as stated on the deposit page for the relevant payment method.
• Processing time: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer and card deposits may take longer depending on the payment provider.
• Deposit limits: Daily and monthly deposit limits apply. You can review your current limits and set personal lower limits from your account settings under Responsible Gaming controls.
• No third-party deposits: Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including other people's JazzCash or Easypaisa wallets — are not accepted and will be returned subject to processing fees.
• Currency: All deposits are accepted and credited in PKR only. There is no currency conversion on 3 Patti — the PKR amount you deposit is the exact amount credited to your balance.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to verified payment methods registered in your name. Before your first withdrawal, your account must pass identity verification. This is a standard requirement and protects all players on the platform.

• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500 or as stated in your account withdrawal section.
• Processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24–72 hours. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically faster. Bank transfers may take additional time depending on your bank.
• Verified methods only: Withdrawals will only be sent to payment methods that match your registered account identity. Requests to withdraw to unverified or third-party accounts will not be processed.
• Wagering requirements: If you have an active bonus, the associated wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Your real money balance is always available for withdrawal separately, subject to verification.
• Withdrawal review: 3 Patti reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals. During this review period, the withdrawal request will remain pending. We aim to complete all reviews as quickly as possible.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

3 Patti offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer as well as the general conditions set out here.

• Wagering requirements: Every bonus carries a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each offer is stated clearly in the offer terms. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 40x the bonus amount.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free spins expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, typically 7–30 days from the date the bonus is credited. Expired bonuses are removed automatically from your account.
• Game contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate. The contribution rate for each game category is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus can be active on your account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active does not qualify you for a new welcome or deposit bonus until the current bonus is completed or forfeited.
• Bonus abuse: Any attempt to abuse the bonus system — including but not limited to multi-accounting, matched betting across multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings and may result in account suspension.
• Forfeiting a bonus: You can forfeit an active bonus at any time from your account dashboard. Once forfeited, the bonus funds and any winnings generated from those funds are removed. Your real money balance is not affected by forfeiting a bonus.

7 Sports Betting Rules

The 3 Patti sportsbook covers cricket (including PSL, T20 internationals and domestic Pakistan fixtures), football, esports and other available markets. The following general rules apply to all sports bets:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmation message and the bet appears in your account's active bets section. Do not assume a bet has been placed if you have not received confirmation.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per market and per event. These are shown on the bet slip before confirmation.
• Odds changes: Odds are subject to change up to the point of bet confirmation. If odds change between your selection and confirmation, you will be notified and given the option to accept the new odds or cancel.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void if a match is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the settlement period, or if an obvious pricing error is identified. Void bets are refunded at stake value to your balance.
• Live betting: In-play betting markets are available for selected cricket, PSL and T20 matches. Live odds update in real time. Bets placed during a brief suspension of in-play markets — such as during a wicket or review — may be cancelled if the event outcome is already known at the time of placement.
• Match outcome disputes: In the event of any dispute about match outcomes, the official result issued by the relevant governing body (PCB for Pakistan cricket, ICC for international fixtures) is used as the settlement source.
• Palpable errors: If a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error, 3 Patti reserves the right to settle the bet at the correct odds or void it. This applies regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.

8 Casino and Slots

The 3 Patti casino section includes video slots, jackpot games and live dealer tables (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, poker and others). The following terms apply to casino and slot play:

• Game outcomes: All slot and RNG casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator systems operated by the game providers. Game results are not adjusted or influenced by 3 Patti.
• Return to Player (RTP): Each slot and casino game has a published RTP percentage. RTP is a statistical average calculated over a very large number of game rounds and does not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• Live casino: Live dealer games are streamed from professional studio environments. Connectivity issues on your side do not affect the validity of bets placed before disconnection. If a disconnection occurs mid-round, the round will be settled based on the outcome of the game as it concluded.
• Game malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction in a slot or casino game, affected rounds are voided and stakes are returned to your balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not paid out.
• Maximum win caps: Some games and bonus features have maximum win caps stated in the game rules. These caps are set by the game provider and are not adjustable by 3 Patti.

9 VIP Programme

The 3 Patti VIP programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Progression through the tiers is based on your activity and deposit history on the platform. The following conditions apply:

• Tier benefits: Each tier carries specific benefits including improved bonus percentages, higher withdrawal limits, faster processing and, at Diamond level, a dedicated account manager. Full benefit details for each tier are listed on the VIP page.
• Tier maintenance: VIP tiers are reviewed periodically. Sustained inactivity may result in a tier adjustment. You will be notified before any downgrade takes effect.
• VIP offers: Promotions issued to VIP members are governed by the same general bonus terms set out in Section 6, plus any specific conditions stated with each VIP offer.
• Programme changes: 3 Patti reserves the right to modify the VIP programme structure, tier thresholds and associated benefits. Changes will be communicated in advance through your account notification centre.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 3 Patti platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in doing so
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading registration or verification information
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform, place bets or manipulate game outcomes
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities for financial gain — any such bugs must be reported to support immediately
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform
• Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes against legitimate transactions
• Colluding with other players in live casino games
• Abusing the bonus system through multi-accounting, arbitrage or any other method designed to extract value outside of normal play
• Accessing the platform on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent

11 Responsible Gaming

3 Patti is an entertainment platform for adults. The platform includes a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity. These tools are available directly from your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps. Once set, a limit can be reduced immediately. Increasing a limit is subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session reminders: Set time reminders that notify you when a session has run for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months or 1 year. During self-exclusion, your account is suspended and you will not receive promotional communications.
• Reality checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications showing your session duration and net balance movement.

Gaming on 3 Patti should always be treated as a form of paid entertainment — not as a source of income or a method to recover losses. 12 Limitation of Liability

3 Patti provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure continuous, error-free service, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. The following limitations apply:

• 3 Patti is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, network interruptions, or third-party payment provider outages that are outside our direct control.
• We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• In the event of a pricing error in sports markets, our liability is limited to the stake value of affected bets. We do not pay out winnings calculated at an erroneously favourable price.
• Game malfunction voids all pays and results in stake return only — we are not liable for anticipated winnings from a malfunctioning game round.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Privacy

Your use of the 3 Patti platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect, how it is used, how it is stored and what rights you have in relation to your data. By using the platform you consent to the data practices described in that document.

We take data security seriously. Personal information is stored using industry-standard encryption. Payment data is handled through PCI-compliant gateways and 3 Patti does not store full card numbers on its servers. For full details, please read our Privacy Policy.

14 Changes to Terms

3 Patti reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified through their account notification centre or by email. The updated terms will always be available at this page with the revision date noted at the top.

Continuing to use the platform after a terms update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support regarding your account balance.
